Positive: Everything! The cleanness up the bedroom bathroom the whole facility and the pool area too. Clean fresh towels. This is a 5star hotel.
Negative: The WiFi kept going in and out the a majority of the time which prevented us from watching the only channel on TV (YouTube) . Other than that, it’s well worth staying at this facility.

Positive: We loved the room. They were very nice and the equipments too. The hotel itself is so beautiful and calm with an amazing pool and clean. The breakfast was nice, the staff is very nice socially housekeeping is amazing , the gym the pool , the bar drinks place next to the pool. The sea view
Negative: The location was a bit far and nothing is around it ( no restaurant , no market ) , not a lot of diversity in the menu buffet and many Indian food

Positive: The amenities were top notch. The staff were just so attentive and caring. The food was excellent. The view and pool side area was spectacular. Oh and rooms, so comfortable and spacious. Definitely would Visit again in the future

Positive: The staff were very polite and could not do enough. The room was spacious, bright and well equipped. The pool was clean and welcoming. Although the garden had not had time to establish, it was well maintained. The evening walk to the Terrance was relaxing with the beautiful sunset.
Negative: As the hotel officially only opened three months ago, it were some teething problems. Unfortunately there was no entertainment and it's isolation meant that a 40mins taxi ride was required to the nearest town.

Positive: Our whole experience at this Resort was incredible, the whole staff, managers were very friendly, professional, met all our needs, i would specially want to give a special shout out to the manager Afshan, the whole crew, Issa, Denis, Neema, Anil, Elizabeth, Martin, Sophia, Ndende, Ishaq, Nasra, Mtumwa, Beatrice, Sarafina and lastly Mr Salum all you Guys are the REAL MVP, We will be Back for Sure with more Friends and Family sooner than you think, Please keep the Great Work and God Bless you all
